1. Community Access

Access to RekNation RP is provided at the discretion of the RekNation staff team.

Access may be restricted, suspended or removed when necessary to protect the community, enforce server rules or maintain service security.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for activity performed through your RekNation and linked Discord account.

• Do not intentionally provide access to your account to another person.
• Do not attempt to bypass account restrictions or staff decisions.
• Notify staff if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Whitelist Applications

Submission of a whitelist application does not guarantee acceptance into RekNation RP.

Applications may be approved or rejected according to the standards established by the RekNation staff team.

4. Community Rules

Users are required to follow the current RekNation RP rules while participating in the community.

Staff may take reasonable action in situations that are not explicitly covered by a written rule when the behaviour harms roleplay quality, security or the community.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use RekNation services to:

• Exploit vulnerabilities or intentionally interfere with the website, server or database.
• Attempt to access administration features without authorization.
• Abuse bugs, unintended mechanics or security weaknesses.
• Impersonate staff members or other users.
• Harass users or intentionally disrupt the community.

6. Content

Users are responsible for content they submit to RekNation RP, including whitelist answers and other community submissions.

RekNation may remove content that violates community rules or creates security, legal or operational concerns.

7. Service Availability

RekNation RP does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, FiveM server or other community services.

Services may be temporarily changed, restarted or unavailable because of maintenance, development or technical issues.

8. Administration

RekNation staff may enforce these terms and the community rules using the permissions assigned to their staff role.

Important administrative actions may be recorded in RekNation's audit system for security and accountability.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as RekNation RP changes, expands or adds new community systems.
